C. Third-Party Communications (Spa Partners) Once a Spa Partner has been manually assigned and notified, they become an independent controller of the data received. 4. Sharing of Information

A. With Spa Partners (The Matching Service)
Manual Assignment & Automated Delivery: We share your information only with the Spa Partner manually selected by our team. The delivery of your lead details to the Partner is handled via an automated email notification sent immediately upon assignment.
Independent Responsibility: Once the automated notification is sent, the Spa Partner becomes an independent controller of your data.
B. With Service Providers We share information with trusted third parties who provide essential technical and operational support:
Hosting and Infrastructure: To maintain the Platform’s stability and security.
CRM and Funnel Tools: To manage leads and optimize the multi-step user experience.
Analytics and Marketing Partners: To track ad performance (e.g., Google Ads) and analyze how users move through our funnel.

Service Outcomes: The quality, pricing, safety, legality, or specific results of services provided by Spa Partners.
Matching Accuracy: While our multi-step process aims to connect you with relevant partners based on your input, we do not guarantee that any suggested Spa Partner will meet your specific expectations or needs.
Partner Representations: Any promotions, licenses, certifications, or communications made by Spa Partners.
Physical or Financial Harm: Any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss occurring at a Spa Partner’s location or in connection with their services.

This window allows us to fulfill the matching request and send a follow-up satisfaction survey (typically sent 10–15 days after your request). After this cycle, the data is removed from our active promotional systems.
B. Controlled Transmission (The Assignment Process) When you submit your information through our multi-step form, it is first held in our secure administrative queue for review. Your record is only made available to a Spa Partner via their private dashboard and automated email notification system once our team has manually assigned the lead to that specific Partner. This human-in-the-loop process ensures your data is only shared with the most relevant service provider to fulfill your request.
C. Synchronized Deletion Once a lead record is deleted by the Agency (typically after the 15-day window), it is permanently and simultaneously removed from both the Agency’s administrative records and the Spa Partner’s private dashboard. This ensures that once we purge your data, the Spa Partner can no longer access your personal information through our Platform.
D. Independent Spa Records Please note that our synchronized deletion applies only to data stored within our Platform. If a Spa Partner has independently exported, recorded, or saved your contact information to their own external systems (such as their own CRM or phone contacts) before the record was deleted from our Platform, the Agency cannot remove that data. In such cases, you must contact the Spa Partner directly to exercise your privacy rights.
E. Legal and Compliance Retention The Agency may retain minimal, anonymized identifiers or transaction logs for a longer period if necessary to comply with legal obligations, tax requirements, or to enforce our Non-Circumvention policies to verify the fulfillment of a referral.
